My Microsoft account access is blocked due to multiple incorrect sign-in attempts. I attempted to reset my password, but since the sign-in is blocked, I'm unable to access my account. I urgently need to regain access as I have exams scheduled. I've submitted the required forms, but it's been 10 days without any response from Microsoft.
