I have booked AZ 104 exam for 20thNov at 2:00PM IST using below details. The check in provided in the mail did not open. I tried calling Pearson customer support. They informed that system is under maintenance and not give me clarity on when the system will be up and when can I take the exam again. I have taken time off today to write the exam and now I don't have clarity on what the next steps are and when I would be getting the slot without paying the fee again. I have cleared the AZ 305 exam in last Dec and I should clear AZ 104 as well before 10th of Dec so that I can get a certificate. Now with this situation I am not sure when I will be able to write it. I am very much disappointed by the irresponsible behavior of Pearson and appreciate if microsoft can do something about it. All the time & effort I have put into for the exam preparation has gone in vain and repeating the process again would be a hassle
