The error you are showing shows that you are using a personal account and attempting to sign into the Microsoft public tenant for outlook / live / Hotmail accounts. If you do not have any other directories shown, you need to work with your Azure administrators to create or invite your account in the tenant and then grant you permission. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/how-to-create-delete-users
