How do I configure my access to Azure so I can view company Subscriptions and Directories?

I have linked my company email account to a Microsoft Account, which has access to the Azure Portal. Unfortunately, my Azure account does not show the subscriptions and directories other members in my company see. When I click on "subscriptions," the following error message appears: subsequent access to Azure fails until I clean out my cookies.

Any idea where to start? Thanks.

    Hello

The error you are showing shows that you are using a personal account and attempting to sign into the Microsoft public tenant for outlook / live / Hotmail accounts. Follow this guide and ensure you switch to the correct tenant. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cost-management-billing/troubleshoot-subscription/no-subscriptions-found

If you do not have any other directories shown, you need to work with your Azure administrators to create or invite your account in the tenant and then grant you permission. https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/fundamentals/how-to-create-delete-users

    I hope this helps

    Alistair
