Access to o1 models on Azure OpenAI

Hello, 2 months ago I applied for the Azure OpenAI Service o1 model on behalf of my company, but we still couldn't get any response. Is there anyone from Microsoft can check the current situation of our application?

The Azure OpenAI Service o1 models require registration and are eligible only to customers on the Enterprise Agreement Offer. Subscriptions not under the Enterprise Agreement Offer are subject to denial.

We will onboard eligible customers as we have space. Due to high demand, eligible customers may remain on the waitist until space is available.

On a side note: Please add [maccount@microsoft.com] and [csgate@microsoft.com] to your Safe Senders list to ensure you receive all correspondence pertaining to your registration, including the verification email from Microsoft Vetting Service.

Please share your subscription ID and the Application ID ( You will see in your application email subject title) over private message, so that I can check the status internally.

@Mehmet Mert Tezcan As discussed in the private chat, I am summarizing it here:

I had a look at the backend logs. The see that the State of your request is marked as Ineligible. Thats because, this subscription / request is not an Enterprise Agreement.

The Azure OpenAI Service o1 models require registration and are eligible only to customers on the Enterprise Agreement Offer. The same is documented here.
