I installed WSL on my windows laptop and my Citrix stopped working.

I installed WSL and I am unable to download .ica files for the VDI from Citrix portal. I am pretty sure that it is unrelated but I had enabled the windows features "Windows SubSystem for Linux" and "Virtual Machine Platform", could this have caused this issue? FYI : The issue occurs right at the first step which is downloading the ica file, not while trying to open the ica file.

    Please note that conflicts can arise between multiple hypervisors when different virtualization platforms are installed on the same machine, leading to issues such as resource contention, driver conflicts, and performance degradation. Since this issue is more related to Citrix, it is recommended to ask it in the Citrix community.
