Trusted Signing identity validation failed

Hi,

I'm planning to use Azure Trusted Signing service. As the first step, I need to add a individual identity validation. As indicated, I have successfully added Verified ID to Microsoft Authenticator. The next step was to scan a bar code using Microsoft Authenticator app to share the Verified ID to Azure Trusted Signing. But that step failed without any explanation. See the attached screenshot. Please help. Thanks!

    @Alan Tao Greetings.

    Please make sure that, registering the Azure trusted signing resource provider and creating a trusted signing account is must which enabled for identity validation request to trusted partner VID. Thanks.

    Can you please use a government issued ID that has address on it and re-try?
