Facing error when create app in teams using SharePoint Framework.

Hi @shreya singh ,

Normally, When using a SharePoint Framework web part in Teams, the solution containing the web part must be installed in the corresponding SharePoint site.

Please make sure that “Make this solution available to all sites in the organization” is checked if you deploy the SharePoint Framework solution at tenant wide.

If you deploy app at site scope, ensure that the solution is deployed on the SharePoint site behind of the Microsoft Teams before you can use it.
