I am unable to create any of services like app service etc

Hi team,

I am not sure what went wrong and I am not able to create any service like app service. Since when I am attempting to create any services, all the filed are not populating like regions, resource group etc. Can someone please look on to my request plz.

The issue where Azure's interface is not populating essential fields like regions and resource groups, preventing you from creating services such as an App Service.
Ensure your Azure subscription is active and not disabled.

Confirm your role is Contributor, Owner, or Administrator in Azure Portal > Subscriptions > Access Control (IAM).

Check for usage or quota limits, especially for free/student subscriptions.
Try accessing the portal with a different browser (e.g., Edge, Chrome).

Use the Azure Portal App (desktop version).
Try using Azure CLI or Azure PowerShell to create services. Example with CLI:

az group create --name MyResourceGroup --location eastus az webapp create --name MyWebApp --resource-group MyResourceGroup --plan MyAppServicePlan

I am getting same error while creation app services. Also i do not have permission to see owner, contributor.

Thank you for reaching out.
Based on the screenshot and the issue mentioned, the necessary permissions in your Azure subscription

Check Access Control (IAM) in your subscription for your role (Owner/Contributor/Reader).
Contact the subscription admin to assign the required role if none is assigned.
Reach out to the subscription owner or billing admin for necessary permissions.
Ensure the Free Trial is active and not expired. Renew or upgrade if needed.
Confirm you are logged in with the correct Azure account.
Use Switch Directories to access the appropriate directory.
If unresolved, escalate via the Help + Support section in the Azure portal.
Ask the admin to grant billing permissions if required.
If inaccessible, set up a new Azure directory with a valid payment method.
