Teams Tab receiving a login error that Redirect URI is Invalid

Created a Microsoft Teams Tab App using Teams Toolkit. The app is supposed to enter our company's web portal with SSO from Azure. Application was registered in Azure and it's info (like its Redirect URI) was inputted in the Application Manifest.
When trying to log in, I'm met with this error.

Solutions tried was to change and look for other possibilities of the correct Redirect URI but to no avial.
The Portal itself is created from HaloPSA
