AVD Host Shows Another User's Username on Logon Screen After Inactivity Lock

When a user’s screen locks and they attempt to sign back into their AVD host, another user's username appears on the logon screen.

For example, if a user is logged onto their AVD host and, after some time due to inactivity, the AVD gets locked, upon unlocking, the display name shows correctly, but below it, another logged-in user's username is visible.

The environment uses hybrid identity and FSLogix with a pooled host.

    Hello @Chandan Kumar
I am thinking this might be related to the hybrid identity setup and FSLogix profile management in a pooled host environment. I will review further and share an update.

In the interim, please check below

Check FSLogix Profile Configuration, ensure that FSLogix is correctly configured to handle user profiles in a pooled environment. Misconfigurations can sometimes lead to profile mix-ups.

Review Hybrid Identity Settings, verify that the hybrid identity settings are correctly configured. Issues with identity synchronization or authentication can sometimes cause such anomalies.

Update AVD and FSLogix, make sure that both AVD and FSLogix are up to date with the latest patches and updates. Sometimes, bugs are fixed in newer version.
