Czy mogę publikować internecie filmy / artykuły z wykorzystaniem narzędzi Microsoft.tj Visual Studio, PowerBi, Sql Server. Czy w takim przypadku muszę zakupić licencje na te środowiska? Chce pokazywać jak każdy może zbudować taki automat.
