Can't log in to Authenticator App!

So, I reset my phone and now I need my old number to verify my new password for Authenticator App.

I use bit warden and need my authenticator to get in. Also my password is in Bitwarden and yea..

You need to backup your credentials in authenticator, if ths was not done unfortunately you can only resolve this by contacting support

The Main problem is I can not access my Microsoft account at all because I don't know my password and can't reset it on my own.
