How do I use a shared mailbox? I added a shared mailbox in the admin center, and then the name of the contributed game appeared in my desktop client, but when I sent an email to this mailbox, I couldn't see the mail in the shared mailbox. How can I solve this problem?

Do you mean that you cannot see the emails you sent to the shared mailbox or all emails in shared mailbox?
On the other hand, agree with NoOneCan, in order to further confirm the issue, please log in to OWA to check if the issue persists.
In addition, you can also contact other users who have access to the shared mailbox to check if they can see the emails you sent.
