Certificate, No confirmation after completion of exam

I had completed my DP-203 exam yesterday but i didn't receive any mail confirmation regarding my results and the certificate details. it has been 24 hours i had completed the exam could you please help me on this. Even i could not see certificate under credentials-> certificate tab also i could not see the pearson vue dashboard button in browse certificate tab
