    Hello,

Could you share the error message?

It can be the following reasons:

    1. Network issue, your NAS drive may lose network connection
    2. Firewall issue, check your firewall

Confirm if there's any 3rd party software installed in the past few days.

    Here is the error message.

I have tried alsorts, and I got to the point where I decided to reinstall windows11.

But, to no avail, I am still getting the same message

Any assistance would be really helpful.

I have 2 NAS drives, both Western Digital PR4100's Neither are accessable.

However, we can listen to stored music and watch stored video's. But, as we can't access the file system we are unable to add or takeaway from the folders.

    Please help if you can.

    Brian
