Azure ML Training Exercise Not Working

Azure ML(Ai certification - AI900) excercise

I am using the free trial version. I am following this instruction sheet to complete the exercise, I followed every step mentioned,everything was going fine until the deploy stage.

In the instructions , it said to select "Standard_DS3_v2" for the VM, but the machine was not avaliable. Instead only 3 VMs are avaliable:

Even then no matter which VM i selected it directly assigned me "Standard_D2as_V4" machine with automatically assigning the instance count as 1. After that the deployment is failed and it shows this:

I clicked on the Azure portal link to see the error for deployment, it was this:

I am not sure what to do, Can any one help me with this ?

I guess its due to resource availability and limitations in the free trial version. The "Standard_DS3_v2" VM might not be available in your region or under your current subscription limits, which is why you're being assigned a different VM, like "Standard_D2as_V4." Since you're using the free trial, you may be hitting resource quotas, or certain VMs might not be accessible based on availability in your region.

I suggest you checking your Azure subscription's resource limits and trying a different VM or region or upgrade your subscription.
