Experiencing authentication issues in Microsoft Entra Connect Health

In the location > Microsoft Entra Connect Health | Sync errors > Duplicate attribute

"The following error appears when I try to resolve an account that is created in Office 365 and I attempt to sync the same account with Premise. When I press the troubleshoot button, it keeps the Premise account functioning and deletes the Office 365 account."

The portal is having issues getting an authentication token. The experience rendered may be degraded.     Hi @Luis Antonio Sánchez Suero

    Some attributes must be unique in Entra ID like User Principal Name and proxy address.

    To fix this issue sync conflict you should avoid duplicate object in Entra ID by updating the account created in Entra ID or the account synced from on-prem active directory
