Hey guys,
my younger sister uses the aunthenticator app to keep her Roblox account secure. We tried putting in the code from the app but it keeps telling us invalid code. We updated the app, we updated the iPhone software, I even transferred to other phone, still getting this code and I don’t know how to resolve this. I can’t take off 2A because my younger sister forgot her password for the email to get any kind of help from Roblox.
We have made sure we are using a fresh code. Not sure what’s going on but if someone knows how to fix this I would be so grateful.
