how do i see the details of the azure usage that my team is doing

I am trying to know where the Azure credits are getting consumed, but I am unable to do so.
When I click on Monitor Azure Spend on "Founders hub", I get the error that "This account does not have an active Sponsorship."

As I understand, you are navigating to https://www.microsoftazuresponsorships.com/Balance (via Monitor Azure spend) to view the usage. Only account owners are able to access this portal, please check this doc: Track Credit Usage

Kindly ensure that (double check) you are logged in as the Azure sponsorship account owner and let us know how it goes, we will be happy to follow-up further.

Rajat Narang, Following-up from the comments.

Upon reviewing our internal logs, we found that you are not using the email associated with your MSA account. This is why the usage details were not loading.

As mentioned in my previous post, only the account owners are able to access this portal, so we request you to login with the registered Azure sponsorship account.

thanks for your response. The account owner is a different person in the organization, but he transferred me the admin rights, so I thought that I would be able to see. I will connect internally and see the details.
Is there a way that we transfer the ownership rights? The account was set up by my senior, but I am now in charge for managing the Azure account?

For transfer of ownership, you need to file a support ticket with our Startup support team and just make sure that you note this is an “entitlement transfer” issue: aka.ms/startuphelp
