I have completed the AI-102 certifcationbut certification not yet reflecting in portal

I have completed AI-102 exam certification on 18-nov-2024 and not yet reflected in learner portal. I got the completion mail. Microsoft certification ID: 990815116.

Your certification should be on your Certifications tab. If it isn't there then you need a support moderator in Microsoft Credentials forum to assist you. To contact them please use link below to ask question in Microsoft Credentials forum:
