I have enrolled for a Microsoft examination at Pearson Vue exam centre for November, 30 2024. I have enrolled my examination with the following email address(kmrkbusa0401@gmail.com). I understand that there are reminders send out the candidate prior to the exam. How ever on November 23rd 2024 a reminder email was sent out but the email was sent to my colleagues personal email ID [JOANIE.VALENTINE@live.com] instead of emailing it to me on kmrkbusa0401@gmail.com
Could you please look into it and make sure that emails are sent to my registered email address kmrkbusa0401@gmail.com moving forward. This is my personal email account and my Microsoft credentials are tied this email account.
BTW, I reached out to Pearson Vue's customer service desk an escalated the situation and they confirmed that all my credentials are tied to kmrkbusa0401@gmail.com email account on their systems and routed me here
