Remote Desktop not working on my home WIFI.

Hi Guys,

I need some help, I am trying to connect using Remote Desktop via VPN Cisco using my home WiFi .

however its not working it works on every other WiFi also on cellular . I am using IPad I get an error of 0x10b , i have reinstalled both Cisco and remote still facing same problem but it works fine when vpn is off.

Did anyone experience this before , if yes please let me know or any suggestions what might be problem.

    Hello,

     

    Thank you for posting in Q&A forum.

    To further troubleshoot this issue from Windows aspect, please kindly try below steps:

    1. Check profile settings on Cisco AnyConnect client and ensure that the WindowsVPNEstablishment parameter is set to AllowRemoteUsers instead of LocalUsersOnly.

    2.Update network drivers and check if issue is mitigated.

    3.Check if the RDP traffic is blocked by firewall or any antivirus or not and disable it if necessary.

    Meanwhile, I would suggest asking help from Cicso support team.
