To further troubleshoot this issue from Windows aspect, please kindly try below steps:
- Check profile settings on Cisco AnyConnect client and ensure that the WindowsVPNEstablishment parameter is set to AllowRemoteUsers instead of LocalUsersOnly.
2.Update network drivers and check if issue is mitigated.
3.Check if the RDP traffic is blocked by firewall or any antivirus or not and disable it if necessary.
