Unable to access learn microsoft through sign in

Hello, i am unable to access my exam link. When i try to sign in from learn Microsoft it takes my email address and password and just returns me to the sign in page.

The tag selected was only chosen as no options for signing were available.

THIS IS NOT THE ISSUE. I CANT EVEN GET TO THAT PAGE BECAUSE IT IS NOT ALLOWING ME TO SIGN IN. I NEED TO BE ABLE TO SHOW THE ISSUE TO SOMEONE. I CLICK ON THE SIGN IN OPTION, ENTER MY USER NAME AND PASSWORD AND NOTHING HAPPENS. IT REDIRECTS ME BACK TO THE SIGN IN PAGE. NOT THE CREDENTIALS PAGE, I CANNOT ACCESS THAT PAGE.

I have read about several other users also having the same issue where their account is somehow delinked. I have cleared my cache and cookies and have tried the provide mode as well. Still cannot sign in.
