A customer purchased 9EA-00637, 9EP-00567, and W06-00652. These are licenses for Windows 2022 Data Center, System Center 2022, and Core CAL Suite.
It's the correct software, but provides MAK licenses. I need KMS licenses.
Please recommend equivalent KMS skus.

Contact your volume license account rep. They shoudl be able to request KMS keys. By default MAK keys are assigned with smaller quantity Volume license pirchases, but you should just be able to request KMS keys. There is not a specific sku that gets KMS licenses. This is determined by the volume license agreement.
