Why is Copilot struggling to provide content summary for attached documents?

I'm attaching PDF and Word documents to Copilot and prompting it to provide a summary of the content. I'm constantly receiving an error message and Copilot does not provide the content summary. This most recently started to happen after the past couple updates to Copilot. Are others experiencing this issue?
