Cannot identify as student and get student discount

Hi,

I tried to follow the instructions on page

https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/credentials/certifications/student-discounts#how-to-identify-yourself-as-student-in-profile

However, my profile section looks like this, which doesn't give an option to Scroll down to "Edit Interests" and click on "Begin interest survey".

Any assistance is appreciated!
