I completed all the modules and exercises of the Microsoft Technical Training for Student Ambassadors available on Microsoft Learn. However, my progress shows as 18/20 in the system. Here are the things I have tried to resolve the issue: I logged out and logged back into my account. I checked all the modules again. I double-checked my account and tried accessing it from a different browser. A friend of ours also experienced the same issue. You mentioned in the forms that they need to complete the "AZ-900 Fundamentals (Shell) training on the MS Learning portal," and I completed that as well. I would be very glad if you could help me.
