Locked out of Admin and Exchange Platforms Because Authenticator App Not Working

As the sole proprietor and Microsoft owner I am totally locked out of the Admin and Exchange portals. I cannot login to the portals because it is requiring that I verify my identify through the Authenticator app. However, I cannot login into the Authenticator app, because it wants me to authenticate myself through the same app. I'm going around in a circle, when I need to be managing my business.

I need this resolved quickly. I can't even place an online support ticket, because I can't get into the Admin portal and there isn't a phone support desk.

Please help asap.
