Check Your Permissions: Ensure your user account has the permissions to create additional resources and have them managed in the sandbox environment of Azure. You need to refer to your administrator to confirm your role assignments.
Clear Browser Cache: Sometimes, the issue of access might be associated with the browser. Try logging out of the Azure portal, clearing your browser cache, and then re-logging in. Make sure you are in the Sandbox subscription directory only; otherwise, switch it. Learn Sandbox as a default directory. You need to wait until the previous sandbox gets lapsed, then only you can create a new one and then login into the Azure portal.
Try a Different Browser or Incognito Mode: Try using another browser or an incognito mode to see if the issue is browser specific.
