Got banned from Fabric community and I never posted anything?

Hi _ I created an account for the Fabric Community today to register for the DP600 learning challenge and get the free voucher to take the exam. I just went back in and it says "The Community team has decided to permanently ban your account due to spam in the community."
I have never even posted anything yet!!! Why is this?

I just made my first post for the Fabric Data Days challenge after toiling for weeks to get it done and I got it submitted. I tried logging into my account the following day and boom! My account has been permanently banned due to spam. How?! I'm wishing I didn't even go through the trouble of entering the challenge in the first instance... Probably I wouldn't be this upset 😭😫
