I need to renew my Microsoft certificate but due to some unforeseen reasons i couldn't do it on time almost it crossed 5 days last year at this november month i have pursued the certificate. So can you please help me with this issue.

Hi,

The official policy is once your certification expires you need to retake the exam, however, it wouldn't hurt to ask them to make an exception. To do this you need to contact a Microsoft Credentials forum support moderator. They will typically respond within 2 business days. Please use link below to ask new question over there:
