How to setting permission Teams.ManageCalls and Teams.ManageChats for my tenant to use for another app registration?

I have login into another app registrations, they are request api permission Teams.ManageCalls and Teams.ManageChats. My tenant already subscription 365 for business.
How to setting for my tenant account can accept that permission?

    You need to navigate to your Microsoft Entra app in the Azure portal and select API permissions. Then, select Add Permissions and choose Azure Communication Services. Select the permissions Teams.ManageCalls and Teams.ManageChats, and then select Add permissions.
