Unable to view message notifications after I added a policy to Intune.

Hi Microsoft Engineers,

After I added a policy1 to Intune.

Policy 1: After 30 minutes, user have to log in again.

After 30 minutes, if someone pings me on Teams, no notification shows up on my Android phone.

Please how me how to fix this?

To clarify this issue, could you please tell us how did you configure this policy? If possible, please show us the screen shot of this policy. It is suggested to check if you enable Teams notifications on your Android device.

1.Open the Microsoft Teams app on your Android device.

2.Tap on your profile picture or initials at the top left corner of the screen.

3.Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

4.Tap on "Notifications" and then select "Manage notifications."

5.Ensure that notifications are turned on for all the categories you want to receive alerts for, such as messages, mentions, and calls.

Meanwhile, please check your device settings to ensure that notifications are allowed for the Teams app.

1.Open the Settings app on your Android device.

2.Tap on "Apps" or "Applications."

3.Find and select "Teams" from the list of apps.

4.Tap on "Notifications" and make sure that notifications are enabled.
