Getting an error while enabling CRR in a GRS enable Azure vault. The error is back up configuration failed

We are getting an error while enabling CRR for a particular GRS enabled vault located in Germany West Central. We are targeting the secondary region as Germany North. Is this something do with the Paired region or something else? Tried deleting and creating a fresh vault as well, but no luck. Can someone help us how we can get this enabled and plan our DR

You are encountering an issue with enabling Cross Region Restore (CRR) for a Geo-Redundant Storage (GRS) enabled vault in Germany West Central, targeting Germany North as the secondary region. This issue is related to the paired region configuration.

Germany North falls under access restricted region and can only be available upon request by creating a new support request.

Please contact Azure subscription management support by raising a support request. The ticket enables you to work closely with the support engineers and get a quick resolution to your issue.
