Azure VPN Gateway not connecting when employed travelled from Canada to Cairo, Egypt. Employee has the office laptop and she was able to connect during the transit time in Germany. It stopped working when she tried connecting from Cairo, Egypt. Please whitelist the IPs if required to be able to connect VPN Gateway. VPN Client Log are shown below

I have the same issue, and also we are based in Egypt.
what is known, that IPSEC is blocked here for all ISPs and for all Types of connections. but this the first time I know that openVPN is also blocked.
dose any one have workaround or anther solution to make P2S connection to azure even if we used 3rd party solution

How is the client device connected to the internet?
Any chance to try a different provider, for instance via hot spot of the mobile phone?

@Dinesh KK , Try Performing the Gateway reset operation and give a try to reconnect your client machines.
Also verify that you have the correct Root and Client Certificate installed on both the VPN Gateway as well as your Client Machines.
