Congratulation Email have not received on passing my Azure certification

I completed my az 104 exam today and passed the certification. But I have not received any confirmation email.

We do not provide support for issues with credentials on this user-provided site. You need to contact the MS Certification folks over in their support channel. Your Learn account is just your MS account and is shared across all the MS-related sites. Credentials are managed by the Certification folks so you need to reach out to them directly via the link given.
