why is my azure account showing not eligible for free account after have been given credit.

Sorry to hear that you are receiving an error "not eligible for free account". Can you confirm you are using the same email Id that got approved for Azure credits?

@Demola Adeloye If you are already been provided/approved for Azure credits, you need to redeem it. To do so, log in to Founders Hub, go to the 'Benefits' tab and select Redeem in the Azure sponsorship benefits section. Use your Azure subscription email when redeeming credits.
