I had a Microsoft Action Pack subscription and access to Azure AD. The subscription lapsed for several months, and I lost access to my domain and business email. I subscribed to Titan Email to keep receiving my emails. I renewed the Action Pack but now don't have administrator access to my devices.

    Hi @Angel Rosario-Sierra (rtm)

Thank you for reaching Microsoft Q&A!

If I understand correctly, you don't have administrator access to your devices after renewing your Microsoft Action Pack.
May I know are you trying to regain access to your devices that were previously joined to Azure AD with the same account? what kind of roles do you have earlier and now?
Could you please try to rejoin your device by removing the account and add by follow these steps on your windows 10/11 device to join your device it to Azure AD.

    1. Open Settings, and then select Accounts.
    2. Select Access work or school, and then select Connect.
