MCT Expire and How to extend.?

Dear Support Team ,

My MCT will expire in coming Jan-2025. But this year I did not get any remind or notice mail to extend the MCT. When I checked to the MCT extenstion , the portal is downed for a while.
May I know , how can I renew my MCT certificate?
Please suggest to me.

MCT Renewal Requirements

To renew your membership, you must meet 3 requirements:

1. Review and agree to the MCT Program Agreement
2. Maintain an MCT-qualifying certification in your Microsoft Learn profile.
3. Provide proof of at least one training delivery for the past year by either of the following:
   • Training delivery data in the Metrics That Matter (MTM) system associated with your Learn profile
   • Upload of a learner satisfaction report from another training delivery system
