Office365 and Authenticator problem, need help!
Hello everyone!
When replacing the phone with a new one, I did not take care to back up the data from the Authenticator app and have no way of recovering it from iCloud. Thus I have lost the ability to log in to my Office365 which is a very big problem. I have no way of reporting it from the dashboard in Office (because I can't log in there), no one answers my support emails, the automated support disconnects me in the middle of a call and it makes no sense. I feel that I have been left alone with the problem. The screenshot I see - does not give me the option to confirm by text or email. It pops up a code for me to enter into the app ... which I cannot access. What do I do - I'm going round in circles. HELP!!!
