HI

I have a list with "Item-level Permissions" turned on: Image

By that a user will be able to view all items in the list but only be able to edit the items, he/she created. This is needed to yvoid accidental user errors ...

Now i need grant a specific user edit access to an item, which she/he did not create !

how is this achieved ??

For me it seems that the "item-level-permissions" setting overrules all individual access authorities I grant to this specific user...

Any ideas / guidance is welcome

cbest regards alex.

    Hi @Flor, Alexander ,

Grant the specific user “Design” or “Full control” permissions on the list permission, then they can edit all items, which she/he did not create.

Use “Edit” and below permissions, When “Create items and edit items that were created by the user” is checked, users will be able to create items, but they’ll only be able to edit items they created.
