Expired MCTs seeking to reinstate a former MCT status during the MCT Enrollment Tool downtime will need to post a message in this MCT Support Forum. The Support Team will verify your past MCT status and connect you to the temporary manual reinstatement process. If your MCT status lapse is greater than 3 years, you will be given options to validate your instructional skills capabilities.
MCTs can access additional details about this system downtime at this post on the MCT Lounge. If you have not yet joined MCT Lounge, please follow the instructions at https://aka.ms/requestMCTaccess to get access to the information shared in this active MCT community space.
