Unable to create managed postgres on South central US

Question

I'm getting an error message when selecting region when creating a Azure Postgres SQL service.

Subscription 'Azure Experiment' is not allowed to provision in 'South Central US'.

Your subscription may not have access to create a server in the selected region.

To resolve this issue, file a request to access.
