This has been nagging me for quite some time and I'm finally getting around to wanting/needing to do something about it.

All of the Office 2016 desktop apps produce either the subject response or "Your organization manages privacy settings and has turned off optional connected experiences." in response to trying to modify the Privacy Settings so that the Help system can be resurrected. At this point, the Help systems are non-functional and as stated above the Privacy Settings are inaccessible.

Personal PC of which I am the only User and am the Administrator

OS: Win 10 22H2

Office: 2016 Pro Plus

Troubleshooting tried thus far:

  1. Your organizations administrator turned off the service required to use this feature. Privacy Settings are not accessible so cannot be performed.
  2. (This feature has been disabled by your administrator) error in Microsoft Office. Issue remains unchanged.
  3. Perform full repair of Office 2016 via Programs and Features. Issue remain unchanged.

What's next...?

Thx
