We are building an AI conversational agent for company that would be hosted on our Azure account. The users should be able to communicate via a chat widget to be put on the client's webpages, email and WhatsApp channels. We created a web app for an Azure OpenAI recourse and it works fine when testing it via its endpoint it works fine.

When creating a chat resource, which bot type should we use: multi-tenant or User-Assigned Managed Identity? I could not find good guidance on this.

Thank you

    Hi there Ilkka Huotelin

    Thanks for using QandA platform'

For your use case, the multi-tenant bot model would be the best choice. so you to manage a single bot instance that can serve multiple organizations while ensuring data isolation and configuration customization for each tenant.

when you want to use bot management while handling different client needs within one platform. The User-Assigned Managed Identity is good.

If this helps kindly accept the answer.
