So I recently got a replacement phone after my old phone got damaged and ever since I got my new phone I have been unable to get the Microsoft authenticator to work. Every time it sends a code I don't receive. I already transferred all my data to my new phone and put the sim card in and I already factory restarted my old phone. I tried installing and uninstalling it and i still don't receive the codes. Can anyone help?

2024-12-02T14:32:03.9366667+00:00 I got mine fixed! I went to IT and they were able to put it as my number instead of the app! hope this helps!
