Request for merging four candidate id on MS certifications into one

I have below MS Candidate Ids tagged for MS certifications.

  1. <Mod removed PII>
  2. <Mod removed PII>
  3. <Mod removed PII>
  4. <Mod removed PII>

I have attended exam AI-102 with Candidate Id - <Mod removed PII>.

Majority of my certifications are tagged with Candidate Id - <Mod removed PII>.

Please merge all other 3 Candidate Ids to <Mod removed PII>.

My exam pass/fail records are not visible using my personal id - <Mod removed PII> or official id - <Mod removed PII>
