Hello Microsoft for Startups Team,

We recently redeemed our OpenAI credits through the Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub dashboard to support the development and launch of our product. However, due to unforeseen delays in our development timeline, we have not been able to utilize the credits as planned.

The credits are still unconsumed and hold significant value for our initial product launch. We kindly request one of the following solutions to prevent the credits from going to waste:

  1. Extension of the Credit Validity Period: Allow us additional time to utilize the credits as our project is nearing readiness for launch.
  2. Cancellation and Re-issuance of the Credits: Cancel the current credits and permit us to redeem them again when our product is ready for deployment.

We understand that terms and conditions apply to such programs, but we believe this adjustment could greatly benefit startups like ours facing genuine challenges.

We would appreciate it if the team could look into this matter and provide guidance on how to proceed. Thank you in advance for your support!

    Hi, Mattia

The Startup Team, have their own support channel - your best bet is to raise a Support case directly through Founders Hub.
