Error 0x8007000D When i try to install old Minecraft Win10 Edition Version

Question

App installation failed with error message: Deployment Add operation with target volume C: on Package Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.21.3003.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe from: (Microsoft.MinecraftUWP_1.21.3003.0_x64__8wekyb3d8bbwe.appx) failed with error 0x8007000D. I always get this error when i install older version of the game.

Here's what i tried solutions:

1. I tried to reset microsoft store by wsreset.exe
2. I tried also in Apps & Features and Reset the Application
3. I also reset the App Installer in Apps & Features Settings.
4. I also viewed event viewer to see any abnormal logs for debugging purposes.
5. I also checked the checksum for any file errors of the appx and it installed in other pc.
