When I try to redeem the Power BI benefit from Microsoft for Startups Founders Hub Portal, I get there error message: Cannot redeem this benefit at this time.
I have a verified domain and created a business identity already so this can't be the reason for the problem.
Please let me know how I can redeem this benefit please.

To redeem your Azure credits, log in to the Founders Hub, navigate to the Benefits tab, and select Redeem under the Azure Sponsorship Benefits section. Be sure to use the email associated with your Azure subscription during the redemption process.

Please note that there is no direct option to reset your redemption history. However, if you encounter any issues related to your account or credits, the support team will be happy to assist you.

I did try that the very first time and it didn’t work. I have raised a ticket and it appears to be a technical issue that hasn’t been resolved yet.
That appears to be the pattern with almost any benefit I try to redeem.
